Got out for a Sunday morning Ride up around Injebreck to Druidale and back over the tracks to St Luke’s Church. Managed to go over the handlebars coming down towards the church too but luckily was going pretty slow at the time. It was a fantastic day too and was gutted when we got to the top of Injebreck that I hadn’t brought the camera. Great morning out and 1100 caleries burnt off. Not sure what that means and I’m positive that won’t make a dent in some of the crap I seem to be eating at the minute but it is a big number and I like that.
